Used to LOVE that bread. In fact, just the other day I caught myself tossing some dead bananas in the freezer, looking forward to making some. Duh! Slow learner! It just goes to show how good that bread is!

I don't have 2 loaf pans, so I made muffins out of the extra batter. They are quite good. Just don't take as long to bake, FYI!
