Asian Baked Chicken in Vinegar Sauce (Makes 6 servings)
I don't think I've shared this yet! It's an easy and flavorful dinner that tastes great over white rice.
Ingredients: 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1-2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 cup rice vinegar 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 Tablespoons hoisin sauce 3 Tablespoons honey 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1. Place chicken breasts in a greased 9x13-inch dish. 2. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. 3. Cover tightly with foil and use toothpick to poke 6 holes in foil. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is done.

Cover tightly with foil and use toothpick to poke 6 holes in foil. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, remove cover, shred turkey with two forks into smaller chuncks, cover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Served turkey and sauce over basmati rice. YUMMERS!!

I can't wait to try it when we buy turkey breasts again!
P.S. Do you think it would be ok without the honey?
