Hello there! I know you didn't direct the question at me, but I thought I could help. Rice cheese inmho is pretty decent and so is almond cheese, as I've tried them both. From my experience, I would not recommend veggie cheese, as imho it stinks and melts horribly. If you can't handle soy cheese, your next best bets are rice or almond cheese. I haven't tried any other nut cheeses, though. Good luck, HTH.
