Hi - I thought I remembered someone asking about dried egg whites. Well, I found them in a catalogue (I get about a jillion of them a week) and they're called Just Whites and are $9.95 AND THEY'RE KOSHER (certified) too boot! One 8 oz. can equals 57 egg whites. It's in the Home Marketplace book, spring 2003 (800) 356-3876 or www.thehomemarketplace.com.
They also had the pretty bundt pans for $2.00 less than elsewhere at $27.95. They have the rose, bavarian (swirl) and 6-in-one muffin (2 of each different designs).
Okay, wait...I'm not done yet. They have a Crossini Pan that crisps up fries without deep frying. You place this pan on a cookie sheet in the oven and fill with sliced veggies, fries, chicken or home made croutons. Perforated ridges let air circulate around for all over browning and crispy results...without fat! $17.95
One more...someone was asking about being able to grind their own turkey breast because they couldn't find lean ground turkey in their groceries. I found this hand grinder (old-fashioned) on sale for $34.90 and it comes with a 40 page receip book on sausage making at home (you're gonna have to leave out the fat).
Happy shopping!

Sharon: they have these egg whites at my markets and at the health food store. They were actually much less expensive at the health food store! I found them in the baking goods section of both markets. They're wonderful to have on hand, they whip up nicely!!
