I tell everyone what a good cook you are.only good things.I,m a diabetic give myself two shots a day.so some of Heather food have to much sugar in them so have to work around them.I like to make soups,stews,chillie,any thing you can throw in a crockpot so if you have any more please send them my way.Gerry10
