Question for Heather...

Hi Heather,

I made the snack with Honey, Rice chex, Corn chex and Canola oil. Mine burnt in the microwave after 3 1/2 minutes. I mixed it every 90 seconds as told in the directions...do you have any idea why this burnt? It was in a glass mixing bowl. Do you think I should have use plastic?

Mine did that too the first time. I had to reduce the power on my microwave, and check it every 30 seconds towards the end. That way you can catch it before it burns.
