This is so easy, it shouldn't even be called a recipe. Put some frozen chicken tenders (or boneless/skinless breasts) in the crockpot, put enough fat free barbecue sauce in the crockpot to just about cover the chicken, turn it on and come back to tender bbq chicken. Use french rolls for the buns.

One good thing about this "recipe" is that it doesn't have to be exact. It also depends on whether or not you're using tenders or entire breasts. I just threw some frozen tenders in around 10 am, turned the pot on (high for a while then turned it to low depending on how it was coming along). If it gets done earlier than you need it to, turn it to low and it will just stew in the sauce and pick up more flavor.

Sounds great! I've also heard of throwing in one sliced sweet onion... I guess it really adds to the flavor. I'll have to try this one!

This would be a nice, safe potluck dish to bring to a summer bbq too.

I tried this recipe this morning, just threw it all together, sliced up 1/2 onion, turned it on high for 4 hours and had sandwiches for lunch. They were great, with some baked ruffles. My family liked it too... Easy and Good.
