How's This Idea For Chicken??

Not sure if there's a recipe for this or not, but I thought of a great idea for making a different chicken dish. Cook chicken (cut into strips or pieces) in a frying pan. At the same time have white rice cooking on the stove. Add salsa to the chicken. And then add the rice. Could be served alone or in tortillas. How does that sound?

I like the idea of putting it in a tortilla. I wonder if spanish rice is safe. That sounds good.
Another easy chicken dish is,
Bonless skinless chicken brest
rub with small amount of olive oil
sprinkle with lemmon pepper
put fat free italian dressing on top and bake @ 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes.
I made this the other night and it was really good. You could also serve this with rice. Or those who can a small salad. And french bread or rolls.

That sounds good too...I like when you have minimal preparation and just sit back and relax when the food is cooking in the oven
