I notice that the diets are rich in carbs, my question is how much rice, and frech bread can I eat being diagnosed as boder line deabetic.

I,m a diabetic.just try to stay away from the sugar.I,m doing a little better.I eat a lot of fish,chicken,rice.an potato,s.
