Shanna's Banana Bread... yum!

Has anyone seen Shanna around here lately? I haven't seen her in a while and I miss her. Plus I wanted to tell her that I tried her banana bread today and it's fabulous!! The oats give it such a great taste and texture. I don't think it's on the main list, though, and I don't have a link to the original post because I saved it to my computer a while ago. I'll have to look for that post and link it here because it's so worth making!!

How strange! That's similar to the bread I made, but not quite the same. I think she must have tweaked that one to come up with it. Let me go look for the other one now...
I found it! Here's the one I tried: web page
I did sub white flour for the whole wheat, used only egg whites, and used walnuts instead of pecans, but other than that I followed it to a T. It was done in less than 45 mins in my oveb, and tastes great.
