I wanted to share this recipe I found at the Nasoya website. I made it today and it was really good and so far has agreed with me. I eat with my own homemade corn tortilla chips. Very yummy!
Sweet Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients: 1 pkg Nasoya extra firm tofu, drained 2 large red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped 1 clove garlic, minced and pressed 1 tbls lemon juice 2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp white pepper
Preparation Method: Pat roasted bell peppers dry with paper towels. Place in a food processor with remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Place in a serving bowl and cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
