Can any of you ladies please help? I have been on this diet for 3 or 4 days now, and so far it is working wonderfully. However, I am running out of dinner ideas. I have had chicken breast or chicken soup the last 3 days, and I'm feeling like I will turn INTO a chicken if I keep eating it! I have ordered the recipe book, but it hasn't arrived yet. Can anyone suggest an idea for a dinner that will not take hours in the kitchen, yet is safe for me to eat? Thanks so much!

There's always fish. I usually just do packets...season with whatever sounds good, wrap in foil and pop 'em on the George Foreman for 10 minutes or 25-30 min in the oven at 350. I usually use tilapia fillets. Lots of recipes in the index, too.

OOH..thanks! I have some in the freezer! You mean you can really cook them on a George Foreman? What kind of seasonings do you find to be less irritating? Thanks!

Penzey's satay seasoning was always good to me. It's a very mild curry.
Lemon pepper is also good.

Would you be referring to the turkey breast, then? I thought the dark meat is not advisable on this program. Thanks.

I know one dayI will wake up with feathers. Try ground chicken its great to. They also make turkey loins that are great and turkey breast chops. I know the same old recips can get very very boring fast. Try Ground turkey for bugers and fries or sweet pot fries or even meat loaf and mashed poatoes or baked one. hth emamsmom ibs-c gas
