Here's a yummy recipe we have been enjoying during the cold winter! It all came from having a lot of leftover rice from chinese food! The recipe is just something we put together, so it can easily be adapted or changed to suit your own needs.
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup rice milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. You might need to add a bit more rice milk to get it the correct consistency.
This is also delicious for breakfast!
Enjoy!

Oh I'm sure! Any sweetener you can handle should be fine. I looked online and it said "Use 1 cup maple syrup for 1 cup white sugar." so that means they are equal! Enjoy!
