I'm very new to this and haven't really seen any simple sandwiches to make. All I know is white bread is okay. Can anyone suggest a simple sandwich to make? I have IBS with constipation. Thank you!

To go really simple you can use turkey breast deli meat, (read the labels, I like Applegate Farms or Diestel found at Whole Foods) mustard, and avocado on sliced sourdough bread. Or canned tuna (packed in water not oil) with some fresh lemon juice, salt, and lemon pepper. You can also add dill relish to the tuna. Those are a couple of my go to sandwiches.

Thank you Jennifer. Do you ever use mayo on sandwiches?

Well, no. I kind of hate mayo though. I think some people on the board eat yolk free, low fat mayo, but I'm not sure.

Try sara lees roasted chicken or turkey there in the deli section of your store. There good. You can use Arnolds poatoe bread or Italian bread or thomas bagels. I use tader joes mayo. I also buy the pillbury italian bread or french bread and unroll them put the lunch meat in them along with some mushrooms black olives and some safe cheese if you can handle it ( I can't) and roll them up and cut them like cimmamon rolls and bake them. We have these wilth soup. My husband loves these. hth emmamom ibs-c gas

Thank you. I love potato bread. We're pretty limited here in South Dakota. I really appreciate you taking the time to help.
