I wrap them in waxed paper, then in aluminum foil, then put them in plastic bags. Probably overkill but that's how my grandmother wrapped her quick breads so that's how I wrap mine. The only thing I've found is that sometimes the top gets a little damp when it thaws but it doesn't affect taste or texture. Also the baguettes should freeze fine.
