Engery Egg replacer?

Has anyone used this before. I was thinking about making some bread and didn't know how it would work. Thanks emmasmom ibs-c gas

Hi I use it all the time and in all sorts or stuff, it is what I bake with most often and I've used it in bread machine recipies, give it a try

thanks just do what the box cause for and then add it when the recipes calls for egg? Thanks I am new at this! Ok the cake calls for 3/4 cup of egg whites how much engery egg replacer is that or how many eggs is that?

I have never used this, but I will give you my opinion ~ for what it's worth.
My can of "Just whites" which seems to be the same thing as what your talking about says that 1/4cup of it needs 3/4 a cup of water (which is to make 6 egg whites). So see if your substitute has the same kinda measurements listed on the side and wing it. Hope that helps.

The recipe calls for 3/4 cup of egg white I am using engery egg replacer witch is like 1 teaspoon with watrer equals 1 egg so my question is how many whole eggs is 3/4 cups of whites? Thanks anyway.... emmasmom ibs-c gas

I've never used replacer but sometimes I omit the egg completely add extra water instead and it works out just fine.What kind of cake are you making?

I know this post is a little old but found the question on the website so thought I would post it in case the question never got addressed.
How much Egg Replacer do you need to replace one egg?
One Egg = 1 1/2 tsp Egg Replacer to 2 tbsp of water. To replace egg whites use the same amount as replacing the entire egg, so One Egg White=1 1/2 tsp Egg Replacer to 2 tbsp of water. To replace the egg yolk stir 1-1/2 tsp Egg Replacer into 1 tbsp of water.
