Hi all, I'm new to this group...but thankfully so! I cannot believe how my life has changed since I've changed my diet to Heather's guidelines! Similar story to everyone else I'm sure...but finally symptom free for two months!
Anyway, I have a question about the banana chips in Heather's book. Does anybody have more detailed information about how long to cook them for? I had them in the oven all evening (yes, it was on, and yes, it was at 200), but they never seemed to get chewy enough. I took them out after a while but they seemed like they were moist enough that they would mold/rot in a couple days. How long to you have them in for, and what to they look like (i.e. shrink down to) when they are correctly cooked? Any help would be greatly apprecitated, as I need more snack options like this when I'm at work (busy hospital worker!)
Thank you to any and all who reply, and all the best on your journeys!

Hi, the first time I made them I kept them in about 3 hrs and they stuck to the pan and now I keep them in for about 2 hrs and I spray the pan with pam.
