FAST FOOD DRIVE THRUS.. ANY MENU ITEMS THAT ARE OK??

I am out and about with my kids alot and I was wondering who may have a list of safe things to eat at a drive thru while out or traveling on the road.
This is what I have tried...
At MC DOnalds.. I have been getting the honey mustard snack wrap grilled with NO cheese and I seem to be ok
At Wendys : I also get there grilled chicken snack wrap no cheese
I guess we could also have there baked potato no sour cream
At BKing: I tried there Grilled chicken sandwich with light mayo ( I wiped the bun if it had too much) I seemed ok with that also.
Does anyone have any other items they have tried that are ok??
What about grilled chicken salads?
If we had some bread first would they be ok?
Is there anything safe at Taco bell . Maybe a chicken menu item??

Fast food is always a no-no for me. I always cramp up after eating it. I think the amount of fat is part of the problem for me and also there is hidden dairy in almost all fast food cooking, even french fries often have whey in the seasoning. Go figure!

I eat the grilled chicken sandwich-plain with a plain baked potato from Wendys and am fine with that. I know that Arbys has a turkey sub... and I am sure you could get that plain. But if I do fast food, Wendys is pretty much the only place I go. I also go to Subway- but they dont have a drive thru. Good luck!

Chipotle is my friend. I know it isn't drive thru and it is messy, but it is something that in general doesn't bother me.
Faves:
Vegetarian Soft Tacos (black beans, rice, fresh tomato salsa, guacamole)
Chicken Guacamole Burrito (rice, black beans, chicken, guacamole, fresh tomato salsa)
Nantucket Nectar Juice to drink.
My hubby and little man love it too. Which is a rarity for me . . .

I am so jealous of you that you can eat Chipotle. I absolutely looooove Chipotle but it tears me apart! Even before I was diagnosed with IBS it made me go to the bathroom. But now...it would just destroy my tummy. Ive told my husband that one day, I am going to get Chipotle for dinner with a margarita and cheesecake for dessert and just sit in the bathroom and wait for it.  Anyways I am definitely envious of you!!
