Lemon Pudding Cookies

I have these in my oveb right now and they smell so good. Be sure you get the jell-o cook and serve lemon pudding mix theres nothing in it but cornstarch and some sugar. I checked the box of ducan hines lemon cake mix and there is no dairy. Heres the recipe enjoy!
Lemon Pudding Cookies
1 box of duncan hines lemon cake mix
1 box of lemon cook and serve pudding mix
1/4 cup oil
2 egg whites
1/2 cup alomnd, rice or soy milk
mix all ingridents together. Place teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet bake 10 minutes or until lightley browned.
Sprinkle with powder sugar or make a glaze.
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tea of lemon extract or 2 table spoons of lemon juice.

There pretty good somthing besides choclate all the time. Hubby and daughter liked them to. We think they were just fine plain w/out a icing. They were good to dunk into my tea after super to.

. Hope you try them soon.
