These were ridiculously easy and absolutely delicious.
I used grated carrots and zucchini with fantastic results.
I've used phyllo with Pam Spray before in making IBS-safe strudels and beggar's purses filled with berries.

I'm thinking the filling would be great for potstickers, just use wonton wrappers, then you could saute with stock and a little oil

I made these last night - what a mess, but worth it.
I did add some crushed red pepper for spice but they still lacked a little flavor.
Cold for lunch they were not crispy. They definetly need to be eaten immediately as the receipe says.
Will make again!
