Has anyone eaten a Papa Murphy's pizza with the IBS Diet plan? If so, what kind? I was thinking of ordering the chicken and have them put on tomato sauce and no cheese. Any thoughts?

I tried chicken, and vegetarian ... and did not do well at all.
