Hey everyone,
Sorry if this is a repeated question (couldn't immediately find a response on the forum), but: Is there a consensus on whether sausages with pork casing are safe? I find lots of otherwise perfectly yummy looking sausages that then spoil it all - I think - by saying "packed in a natural pork casing".
Can anyone eat these safely, or is it still considered pork and therefore a trigger?
Thanks!

We eat turkey sausage quite often and it doesn't bother me but I have to be honest and say I've never looked at what the casing is made out of....

I would just take it out of the casing if you are concerned. Of course this does depend on what you're cooking....
