What is you lasagna recipe...and the cheesecake too!?
The only soy cheese they sell in the health food store store is Soy Kaas...and I'm not a fan. Does anyone know if they'll ship other brands?
I'm looking forward to some lasagna...it's been too long (it's my fav. dish!)
Happy Friday!

Egg substitute are egg whites. So either way you go it is going to spread and expand. Maybe next time I will have to get a deep dish pie plate and make it that way.

I use the cheesecake recipe in Heather's book...
As for the lasagna, I prepare it like I would regurlar lasagna, but I use tofu instead of ricotta and soy cheese instead of mozzarella. I also use layers of spinach(fresh), tomato sauce, tomatos, onions, turkey (ground), cheese, and mushrooms... i will try to find the recipe... e-mail me if I forget... )
