In general, I think soy substitutes have the same fat content as their dairy equivalents. So you should use them with the same caution you would dairy and keep in mind that high fat content is hard on IBS.

The soy cream cheese and soy sour cream are really high in fat. Just enjoy in small amounts.

(I'm not sure about the puddings and ice creams.)
