Help I have tomato's out my ears!

Hi are tomatos have all just started to ripe all at the same time. We are curretley using them on sandwitches right now but I was wondering if any one had any recipes for salsa a mild one my tummy doesn't do well with spices or ANY other suggestions would be great to thanks...

There's a recipe for mango salsa in the recipe index that's pretty good. I don't like spicy salsa either, and this one is good as long as you don't use too many jalapeno peppers (or omit them altogether). The lime juice makes it really yummy It's under Appetizers and Snacks as Dip - Mango Salsa.

No salsa recipes but you could try Sicilian Chicken - leave out the crushed red pepper if it's too much for you.

If you have Heather's Eating For IBS cookbook both the Italian Lemon Tuna Sandwich and the Italian Tuna, Lemon, and Basil Pasta Salad are wonderful.
