My wife is really liking the idea of having me try out new recipes and doing the cooking. She has started to search for recipes that she would like me to cook! It's great ... thanks.

Sounds like fun - especially for your wife!
Please do post when you find ones that are big hits. There are so many recipes on the Board I know I'll never get through all of them myself.

is the Tomato and Bean 15-minute Soup that you posted. It's so easy to change it a just a little to make it different. And when I am feeling really good I can add a little pork, or it always goes good with chicken.
My wife does enjoy sitting back and watching me cook, and I like giving her a break. Besides I really find it relaxing. Even the clean up is better than cleaning up after horses.
Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks?

I've got some other Rachael Ray soup/stoup recipes I want to try once the weather cools off and I'm getting around more easily. I'll post the ones that come out.
And the next time I'm stuck with doing dishes, I'll remind myself I could be cleaning up after horses instead!
