safe mayonaise?

I purchased fat free mayo to make potato salad and then started to worry about the egg yolks in its ingredients - would this be enough to be a problem?

It may be. I would try a brand like Smart Beat--it's what I use--it's 10 calories per serviing and it's made with egg whites. You or anyone else will never tell the difference.

I discovered Vegenaise in my local health food store and absolutely love it. A little pricey but tastes good and great for potato salad.
