Maybe there is a baking expert who can answer that one for you but I always use plain white flour when I bake and it always works. What are you baking?

I'm seeing advice that says to substitute 7/8 cup all-purpose flour plus 2 Tablespoons cornstarch for 1 cup cake flour. But it does probably depend on what you're making.
