For our Pascha (Easter) dinner, I made Heather's chocolate silk pudding into a pie, by using the graham cracker crust instructions from a different pie, cooking the pudding a bit longer than called for (made it firmer) and a bit of fat-free Cool Whip spread over the whole top of the pie. It was fantastic! Even the extended family loved it! Everyone was amazed that it was dairy and almost fat-free! This is definitely a "serve to non-IBS guests" dish!
