Looking for Easter bread - bread with raisins, nuts and almondpaste

I have been trying to find a recipe to make the bread they always have here at Easter in ibs safe form.
The bread consists of raisins and nuts and has a middle made of almondpaste. I don't know if you know it in America, but does anyone have an idea of a recipe to make it safely? I don't know much about breads yet and i couldn't find something alike in the recipes.

I think it is called "stollen" it is either Italian or German, I'm not sure.... I've seen it at trader joes... besides almond paste it is also called marzapain (sp?) in the center and is covered with powedered sugar.

Yep thats it Shell! You are great  Never would have found the word for it..
If anyone would know a recipe for it? Brand names are really scary cause america hasnt got the same as we do in holland

Is it a yeast bread? I have a recipe for Greek Easter bread, but it doesn't have almond paste.

I think it does have yeast yes, almost all breads in holland do
