Put a pot of salted water on the stove to boil. Take a clove of garlic (or two if you're REALLY brave!) and squash it through a press into a big cereal bowl. Add dried basil to taste. Add a small dollop of non-hydrogenated margarine, and mash together with the garlic and basil with the back of a spoon. When the water boils, cook the amount of pasta you will eat until it is done to your liking. Then drain the water and add the HOT pasta to the serving bowl, mixing well to melt the margarine and distribute the garlic. Now, taste the mixture and decide if it needs some butter-flavored spray or seasoned salt (no MSG!) or black pepper. I like mine salty and garlicky. Now, eat. Serves one. Wards off vampires and (hopefully) viruses!

Thanks Tess. This sounds good and I'm sure my daughter will love it.

Thanks!! I ate this last night and it was really good. I just wasn't feeling up to par yesterday so it couldn't have come at a better time. Although, I'm sure my co-workers wish I wouldn't have eaten as much garlic. Oh Well!!
