Homemade ice cream, dairy free, two ingredients

You need one of the bigger containers of Dairy-Free cool whip, one Silk Soy Strawberry Yogurt (or flavor of your choice). Mix the yogurt into the cool whip until well mixed. Freeze. And shazam! You have dairy free ice cream!

I used Silk soy strawberry yogurt and the 8 oz tub of fat-free Cool Whip (I didn't read the original post close enough). This is really good! It doesn't taste like ice cream but it's like low-fat frozen yogurt. Oh -- wait -- I guess it *is* frozen yogurt. Anyway, very yummy!

(Obligatory warning: Cool Whip has caseinate and high fructose corn syrup, both of which might not be safe for everyone.)
