cranberry orange dip, crab salsa dip

Cranberry orange dip (from PENZEY'S)
1/4c craisins
1/4c pecans, chopped
8oz soy cream cheese
1/2t orange peel
3T orange juice
dash cinnamon
dash vanilla
Mix well. Chill.
serve with apple wedges, bagel chips or crackers
Crab dip
12 oz soy cream cheese
1 can drained crab 6 oz
about 1c hot salsa (must be hot; the soy cream cheese saps flavor!)
heat cream cheese in microwave and stir until smooth. Add crab and salsa to taste, pinch of salt if desired. Serve with baked tortilla chips such as baked scoops. Dip is best served hot.

This crab dip is soooo good. I used fresh crab. This tastes just like the high fat, dairy loaded dip my father-in-law always serves. Which I love and have missed alot. I'm sooo glad I found this. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
