Acacia makes hot cocoa easy!

I don't make hot cocoa as often as I'd like to because getting the cocoa and sugar to dissolve properly is a pain, particularly if I want to make just a single mug in the microwave. You generally have to heat it with a little water to get it smooth, and even then, I usually end up with lumpy cocoa.
However, I found that if I mixed the cocoa, sugar, and salt with a dose of acacia, I could then add just a little tap water and it makes a smooth syrup with only a little bit of stirring - no heating needed! Once the syrup is made, I just add in some soy milk and nuke it for 2 minutes - it's done with no lumps.
Hot cocoa with soy milk is my standby safe chocolate indulgence, and it's great to have a way to make it both safer and quicker!
