Hi I got this out of the kraft food & family book and just made it IBS friendly its very good my husband and little girl like it as well this my first recipe post I hope you enjoy it.
15 minute Taco In A Pan
1 pound of ground turkey or chicken
2 cups water
mexcian seasoning(home made or however you can handle it)
2 cups Minute Rice uncooked
1 cup soy or rice cheese
2 cups chopped Toms
2 cups lettuce (omit if have to I do)
Brown meat in a large skillet
Add water seasoning mix; stir. Bring to boil
Sir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 mins. Top with tomatoes and lettuce (again if you can handle lettuce)
This is good with brown rice as well and this would be good with baked tositos (if you can handle them )

great recipe! i made it tonite, came out good. easy, too! i only made half the recipe (it is only me) and used 1/3 of the taco spices (i can't tolerate a lot). i found a taco seasoning without MSG and other bad things (made by Desert Pepper Trading Co.)

This turned out great and was very quick. I took it to work for lunch the next day and it tasted just as good.
