rice cakes? SF?

Does anyone snack on rice cakes - I was going to use them as a vehicle for putting a tad bit of nutterbutter on them. I am guessing that they are an IS? I would eat them along with some SF to cushion the nutbutter. Thanks Debbie IBS-C

Most of them are rice and fine to eat on their own. Check the ingredients and stay away from HFCS, dairy, and lactose. Those are the only things I ever see in them that can cause problems.

The only rice cakes my HFS carries are made from brown rice. I've tried eating them multiple times, and they have really messed me up. It has to be the brown rice. If they are made with white rice, then yeah, I'm sure they're fine.
