I've been asked to bring a dish to pass to a family gathering on Sunday. I'd like to bring a dessert.
Does anyone have any *simple* recipes that are tasty and will appeal to a non-IBS group?
Thanks!
(I'm heading off to the recipe index, but wanted your input)

...from the EFI book is great! I made it for a dinner with non-IBS-ers recently and it was very popular. It seems a little complicated at first maybe, but I had never done anything involving whipped egg whites and folding before and still it turned out great. You just have to make sure to bake it the right time. If you let it stay too long in the oven, then the drier top becomes too thick. I like it gooey and nice in the middle.

The pineapple is about as simple as it gets and very good.

Yay! Thanks....
For simplicity's sake, I'm going to go with the Angel Food Cake. I have two parties to go to, and both are more than an hour away from home.
