Chicken recipe that's easy on the tummy

I think my BF and I must have gotten a touch of food poisoning b/c we've both been kinda sick this week. Usually nothing bothers him, "iron stomach" type. But this week his stomach has been hurting every time he eats, not nauseous, just pain. I was thinking of making a simple, not too spicy chicken dish for dinner, something that won't cause a lot of gas or heartburn, etc. Has anyone tried the Tender Ginger Chicken recipe on the recipe list? How is that on the tummy?

As ginger is very soothing on the tummy. Also, try it with lots of rice. You could try marinating the chicken in a little soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger.

Thanks for the recipe! I may try that this weekend! I was surprised at how good the ginger chicken was! My BF said "oh great, chicken again?" But when he tasted it he said "wow! this is good." So this recipe is a keeper! And it didn't upset our stomachs. Thanks again!
