Does anyone here practice freezer cooking? It's also sometimes called batch cooking or bulk cooking? Most of the recipes in Heather's book don't look like they'd freeze well. Any idea? Thanks!

The breads freeze very well, and reheat nicely in the microwave. I slice the loaves before freezing, so that I can defrost them one serving at a time.

There are quite a few recipes on the Recipe Board that freeze well. Many of the spaghetti sauces and chilis should do fine and some of the soups, too. You can try a couple of Searches on the Recipe Board for:

freeze
freezing

and see what people have said about freezing stuff.

I freeze leftovers of the the spaghetti sauce and chili I posted and, like kenjari, find that Heather's fruit and vegetable breads freeze well.
