Does anyone know where I can find Silk Nog in Canada?

I live in Canada and I can't seem to find some of the things on this website. The soy cheese I found had sodium caseinate (milk protein) in it. Are there alternatives or do all soy cheese have this in it? Also I have read on this site about Silk Nog. I would love to find this but haven't so far. Any suggestions for this Canadian?

Most non-dairy cheeses have casein in them. A lot of people find that once they're stable they can tolerate the small amount of casein in non-dairy cheeses but some never can. Alternatively, you can look for true vegan cheeses - those won't have any dairy at all, even traces.

As for where to find Silk Nog in Canada - or where to find vegan cheese for that matter - you might have more luck posting on the Diet Board - it gets more traffic.
