Yah, I know...fudge! I was doing a search for some earlier and found that. I also found this:

Dairy-Free Vegan Fudge

6 tbsp. vegan margarine
3-1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup sifted cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup soymilk
1 cup of chopped nuts (if desired)

Lightly grease a pan. Place all ingredients, except for nuts, in a double boiler. Place over simmering water and stir until smooth. Add nuts (if desired) and pour mixture into prepared pan. Chill.

I'm thinking about trying this with maybe 4 Tbsp of Soy Garden & no nuts and see how it comes out. It doesn't say what size pan though, so I don't even know how much it makes. But, fudge is worth the effort to experiment. I'll let you know if I have any success!

I could really go for some of that. Maybe I will just have to make it.

Ok so it is in the fridge cooling but I can say the spoon tasted really good. I would use an 8x8 square pan. I used a bigger pan and didn't spread it out all the way. 4 T. worked fine. It may have taken a little longer to make smooth and it may be a bit thicker than usual but it worked. Thank you for taking care of my chocolate craving.

Mags suggested decreasing the margarine from 6T. to 4T. It cools quickly and really tastes great. Tory said you can't tell the difference. It really tastes like fudge. I was thinking I should buy more sugar so I can make them for Thanksgiving.
