You taste a hint of cinnamon, but you taste soy and "sweet" more than anything else. I agree with chupie - since you dip fully-cooked chicken into the sauce, you can easily try it with just a bite, and if you end up not liking it, you haven't ruined a pound of chicken. Even the sauce itself uses minimal ingredients - there's really no harm at all in trying it.

I used apple cider. Wow. This is very good. Quite sweet, but nice flavor. I also used the crushed red pepper. Very nice! Can be used on lots of things!

Cold boiled chicken dipped in the cold leftover cinnamon soy dip!!!!! OOooo. It was sooooooo GOOD! I'd take that over chips anyday!! New snack for work!!!
