I just looked into the recipe index, and found a recipe for Angel-Pumpkin Cake. You just take a package of angel food cake mix, mix in a can (16 ounces) of canned pumpkin, add a cup of water, then heat as directed on the box. I made it today, and man, was it delicious! A cake that is sweet, fat free and full of SF (pumpkin) did i mention, the vitamins you get from pumpkin? vitamin a, c, and all sorts of good stuff for you.  I would highly recommend this to anyone.. MMMMMMM I LOVE IT
