So the weather is getting warmer in Portland, OR. Does anyone have ideas for iced tea? The warm peppermint tea is really helpful for me - now with it so hot outside I am wondering if iced peppermint tea will have the same effect. If so, how would I make it using Heather's peppermint tea packets?? Thanks.

I've been making it iced. I know it isn't as good but I can't *always* drink hot. Seemed to still help me fine and I like it an awful lot better.

I have one of those Mr. Coffee Ice Tea makers and it is great! I make decaf ice tea and peppermint tea. Plus you can do decaf rasberry or any flavor that you might like that is decaf. It is a nice break from drinking it hot. However be careful because some people get stomach cramps from things that are too cold. I personally don't so I load up on the ice in my tea.

I love Twining's Sunset Rose (hibiscus with a little mint) tea iced. It tastes great and it's a gorgeous color. Stash also makes a hibiscus based tea which is good and gorgeous.
