French sub sandwich rolls Veggie parmesan cheese 1 pack Veggie Patch meatballs 1 jar spaghetti sauce (I use Prego Organic) Garlic salt Earth Balance buttery spread (NOT the whipped kind)
Preheat your oven to Broil. Nuke your meatballs in a glass bowl with about a quarter cup of water (to keep them from drying out) for 2 minutes. Cut the meatballs in half and put in a pot with the enitre jar of spaghetti sauce. Heat on medium. Split your sub rolls and lay them open on a cookie sheet. Melt about one tablespoon of buttery spread in the microwave and spread over the edges of the rolls. Sprinkle garlic salt on the buttered areas. Broil just until it starts to toast. Take out rolls and cookie sheet and set off to the side on a cooling rack. When your spaghetti sauce is heated and the meatballs ar hot all the way through pour them (as many as you want) over the opened rolls. Pour excess sauce over the sides of the rolls. Sprinkle on parmesan cheese. Tada! It's tasty.
*You can mix the Acacia fiber in with the sauce while your heating it. I have to eat this with a knife and fork. It gets pretty messy. One package of meatballs makes 3-4 subs depending on how many you use per sub.
PS. Don't be like me and forget to turn off your oven.

I don't think I can find Veggie Patch brand here. Any suggestions? What about ground turkey and make my own meatballs?

You can use any meatballs that are safe for you. Veggie Patch is just what I prefer. I don't know how to make turkey meatballs but there is probably something on this board if you search for it.
