You are on a roll today. All your recipes sound wonderful and I can't wait to try them. I think my family might actually like some of them and won't even know they are low fat. My DH will eat anything so no worries with him.

Thanks! Some of them I've gotten to try already, some I haven't, but I thought I'd share them anyway, since Sand was looking for summery things to eat. I hope your family likes them too! Your DH sounds like my Adam - he'll eat just about anything and not question whether it's healthy or not. Good man.
Yes, Rich does make it easy come supper time. As long as I put something in front of him he is happy, LOL! It could be a grilled cheese and soup or lobster. I am a lucky girl.
