Hey everyone - don't know where exactly to post this, but I thought it might be interesting to some people.
I'm planning my wedding in Chicago, IL, and I needed a wedding cake. Most places refused to even try to help with an IBS-safe cake, but Bittersweet bakery turned out to be fabulous. They've got a chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate ganache that's totally IBS safe (completely egg-free and daiy-free). It's yummy, too, and I know I'll end up eating way too much of it.
So, if anyone ever needs a special occasion cake in Chicago, check out Bittersweet. I'm really happy with them!

there is a place here in Ann Arbor that does vegan stuff too... its amazing and they do wonderful work as well.. not just with wedding cakes, but with everything! they will include egg whites or not up to you...
