If you double the fat-free oatmeal cookie recipe, it makes enough batter for a jelly roll pan. I often make bars from this and put in choc chips, butterscotch chips, or raisins (but not all three -- ewww). I leave out the cinnamon when I put in chocolate chips. I don't find these too sweet for breakfast, but then again, I love sugar!
These do get sticky, and they should be stored in the refrigerator as ff/low-fat stuff goes bad very quickly at room temperature.

they have these breakfast cookies from quaker that look sooo yummy, but they have triggers in them...I wonder how I could addapt a like oatmeal rasin cookie to something like that...add some of heather's fiber too it and of course oatmeal, will be in it, they wouldnt be any sweeter than some cereals..right?
