I CANNOT believe I forgot to post this link months ago!
In September I found these simply amazing all organic, vegan, delicious cocoa cookies from ShaSha breads.
The company carries all organic products, and even have products for those who can't eat wheat.
I simply LOVE the cocoa snaps, and buy them bags at a time. They seem to be a little pricey, but once you eat one, you realize that it'll take you some time to go through the bag.

funny, I had these in my hand at the grocery store a couple weeks ago and put them back. I wasn;t sure if they were any good and didn't want to spend the extra money at the time if they weren't. Now I know and I will try them
