This is not a recipe but I am new and wasn't sure where to post this question. Does anyone know if there are Meal Replacement Bars that you can buy in the store for traveling that are safe for IBS? Thank you!

I don't know if you'd call Luna bars "meal replacement bars", but they're certainly bigger than what I'd consider a snack bar. A lot of us on the boards live off those things, and they're totally safe for most IBSers. Plus they contain lots of great vitamins and minerals.

Lunas are fabulous

Most other meal replacement bars aren't safe though.

Just make sure to (always) check ingredients and watch the amount of fat in them - most bars are way too high fat for IBS and many have dairy.

However in the "Snacks, Quick Foods..." stickie on top of the Diet board, Alicia lists these as safe too (not sure if you'd consider these 'meal replacement' bars though...)
- Nature's Choice Multi Grain Cereal Bars (cherry flavour)
- Zone brand Apple Cinnamon Bar, Chocolate Raspberry Bar
